Delivery of UHMW-PE for Tappan Zee Bridge in the State of New York, USA

SFT is proud to be part of the construction of the new Tappan Zee Bridge in the State of New York. This amazing 6 billion USD project is one of the major infrastructure projects in the US and is schedule to be opened in 2018. SFT provided more than 400t of UHMW-PE for the piers around the bridge foundations and the project is therefore one of SFT’s largest composites projects yet.
