ShibataFenderTeam is committed to provide after sales service and assistance during commissioning and throughout the service life of the fender system. With our own installation and maintenance team based in Germany, we can offer global assistance during the installation and/or maintenance works.
We are with our clients each step of the way, from engineering to manufacturing and finally after sales support. Our commitment continues even after the order has been completed to our client’s satisfaction. A site assessment including a customized maintenance plan to assess the condition of the marine furniture is one of the many services offered to our customers.
Maintenance is an important topic for the end-user and operator of a port or terminal. Especially in harsh and corrosive environments, the maintenance of fender systems is of utmost importance. Regular maintenance of all parts of the fender system can help to detect potential damages at an early stage and allows for immediate action.
As part of our after sales service, we offer an Inspection and Maintenance Program which includes service intervals and as well a maintenance checklist for the fender systems.
