More than 500 Cylindrical Fenders delivered for Mina Rashid Port, Dubai

For the rehabilitation of berths 17-23 & 27-33 at Mina Rashid Port in Dubai ShibataFenderTeam supplied 52 nos. of Cylindrical Fenders OD820 x ID420 x L1,380 mm as well as 475 nos. of Cylindrical Fenders OD400 x ID200 x L2,800 mm to DP World. Along with the fenders there are also suspension systems supplied that include chains, brackets and suspension bars which were all duplex coated (hot dip galvanized & epoxy coated) to grant highest possible corrosion resistance.

The fenders were produced as a molded product and did undergo a strict testing regime. This included within others performance tests as well as external third party rubber composition testing before and after the production. All tests were successfully passed under client´s witnessing.
