Registration Agent Meeting 2022

After three years, we are finally going to meet in person at the 2022 ShibataFenderTeam Agent Meeting. It will be great to see everybody again.

In order to start with the detailed preparations, we are pleased to open the registration site for this year’s event.

It will take place from

October 5^th until October 7^th, 2022

at Las Arenas Balneario Resort
Calle Eugenia Viñes 22-24, Valencia, 46011, Spain

The hotel can easily be reached by taxi from the Valencia International Airport (VLC/LEVC), taking only 25 to 30 minutes.

Please note the preliminary agenda as follows:

Wednesday October 5
Individual arrival in Valencia
Informal dinner near the hotel

Thursday October 6
Full Day Agent Meeting at the hotel
Formal dinner in the city center

Friday October 7
General presentation at the hotel for approximately 2 hours and boat trip at noon in the port of Valencia including lunch (agents and accompanying persons; approx. arrival back at  the hotel at 3:30pm)

Friday October 7
Individual departure

The detailed agenda will be sent to you in due time. There will be a program for accompanying persons on October 6^th.

For our final planning and to organize your hotel booking, we kindly ask you to fill out the registration form below. Please do so until July 15^th 2022 at the latest.

We will cover accommodation costs and local expenses during the official meeting time (October 5 – 7). Air fare will be borne by yourself as usual.

If you plan to arrive earlier than October 5^th, we can take care of your reservation which will be in a nearby hotel (Hotel Neptuno - 5 min walking from conference hotel). In case you consider a post stay, this can be also arranged by us and will be at the conference hotel (Hotel Las Arenas). All subject to availability at the time of reservation. These costs will be borne by yourself.
If changes to your booking or cancellations occur within 14 days prior to the event, we reserve the right to bill the cancellation fee to your account.
